spiral - a short film about panic attacks

Written and shot at the height of the pandemic this film was to express what it was like to have panic attacks begin abruptly in my own life. This aims to raise awareness to mental health and advocates for helping others understand what it can feel like in the times of panic. Filmed at the Crocker Art Museum in Sacramento.
